ROSHANA CARE GROUP
Roshana Care Group is one of Australia's leading aged care providers, delivering compassionate care across residential aged care, home care, retirement living, mental health, NDIS, and primary care services. As the sole in-house Graphic Designer, I lead the development of visual communications that strengthen the organisation's brand while supporting residents, families, staff, and the wider community through clear, engaging, and accessible design.
My work spans a broad range of print and digital collateral, including editorial publications, brochures, signage systems, advertising campaigns, event materials, social media assets, environmental graphics, and marketing communications. Working closely with executive leadership and stakeholders across multiple departments, I develop strategic design solutions that balance effective communication with thoughtful visual storytelling, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and a cohesive brand presence across every touchpoint.
